Two Ethiopian convicted of killing a Pakistani taxi driver in an armed robbery were beheaded on Monday in Riyadh.
The Ministry of the Interior in a statement issued today, said the two Ethiopian convicts, Toldi Hilo Gbua Selassie and Barhi Mengsha Pini, stabbed and chocked the Pakistani cab driver Riyad Al-Din Ali Khan, while they were riding with him in a remote area.
The statement said the two convicted men pulled a knife on the victim, choked him with a rope and tied him to his seat, robbed him of the money in his possession and divided it equally between them.
Investigations led to the arrest of the two convicts who admitted their heinous crime which deserves capital punishment.

While announcing this, the Ministry of the Interior affirms to all the keenness of the government of the Kingdom to maintain security, establish justice and apply the provisions of Sharia laws against all those who violate the safety of people, shed their blood or rob their money.
